I want to know how we can make the base system locale files that
not exists tiil now? I want to make the provide Persian (Farsi)
support for Amiga OS3+, but I don't know how I can make the files
in the dirctories:
Sys:locale/Catalogs/
Sys:locale/Countries/
Sys:locale/languages/
The base name will be "farsi". without these basic files, we can't
correctly localize programs.
Is there anybody who can help me?
Thanks.

You need a catalog editor like CatEdit.

Hack an existing file. :)

You need to create a driver (a shared library, actually). I can give you some
sources (i'm releasing a locale for neapolitan) or i can give you the file
after having received some more information about strings and sorting
algorithms.
