Thanks Martin.
I found the website
everymac.com, which I suppose is more
authoritative than Wikipedia. It says the following about the eMac
line's speed, graphic hardware, and VRAM:
"G4/700, NVIDIA GeForce2 MX, 32 MB
G4/800, NVIDIA GeForce2 MX, 32 MB
G4/800 (ATI), ATI Radeon 7500, 32 MB
G4/1.0 (ATI), ATI Radeon 7500, 32 MB
G4/1.25 (USB 2.0), ATI Radeon 9200, 32 MB
G4/1.42 (2005), ATI Radeon 9600, 64 MB
The information page at MorphOS Team's website says that GeForce
(NVidia) is unsupported, and only the 1.25 MHz eMac has been tested.
But since MorphOS has previously supported the Radeon 7500 in other
computers (the Pegasos) perhaps it will also work on the 1 Ghz eMac or
some of the 800 MHz ones.
It's important to know this because one can buy a 1 Ghz or 800 Mhz
eMac on the cheap, much more so I think than a faster model.
