Hi all,

Does anyone know if Hyperion still exist?

We were meant to be doing a deal with them for Directory Opus 5, but after
signing the contract two months they seem to have simply disappeared - no
sign of the money they owe us and emails to them go unanswered.

Cheers,
Jon

Hehe, I was wondering whether GPSoft still existed :) Changed E-mail last
november and (un)subscribe doesn't appear to be working for the list.

I wish the 2 hour limit bug in DOpus FTP would be fixed.. Or the name mode
lister drag & drop (or even keyboard move) layer lock you refused to
believe exists :)

Welcome to the land of the Amiga, Jon!

Oh, wait, you've been there done that already... :)

Hyperion appear to be still around, they certainly never miss an
opportunity to make themselves heard.

You could try posting your message at:

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/AmigaOS4

If that doesn't force a reply, nothing will. :)

Unfortunately things sometime get lost in the shuffle of having dozens of
projects ongoing as part of the whole OS4 project. :-/ It should be
pointed out that the money hasn't been due for two months and the
lost-in-the-shuffle emails are not that old either...

This seems to be a case of a goofup on our end being interpreted as
something larger.

Apologies to the community for our mistake, and rest assured that we'll
work this out with GPSoft.
