A very good game. That weekend I spent my entire Saturday night
and Sunday morning playing it. Though I do have a major addiction to
sim games in general, such as Caesar III and Rollercoaster Tycoon,
this one is just well, classic. Very well put together.
The last EA game I got was Need For Speed III for the Playstation.
Also an excellent game. I was rather impressed by its engine. Though
the AI is humorous in what it decides to do sometimes.
The peice of software I bought from Electronic Arts before that was
Deluxe Paint IV for my Amiga.
Well, that's quite a long time between buying EA titles mind you.
But I've never been disappointed by the software you produce. Well,
okay I do know that Sim City is really a Maxis production and that EA
acquired them, but it's the thought that counts!
At the game store where I purchased Sim City 3000, I did notice
that they sold a Macintosh version of the game. I would hope you
consider re-entering the (soon to be) born again Amiga market. I
would surely enjoy an updated version of Deluxe Paint, and Amiga
versions of NFS3 and Sim City 3000, and other stuff of course!
Soon to be born again? ;))
They have been saying that for six years. The current amiga is dead, get
over it.
Chris
Okay. Shut down the newsgroup. Everyone pack it in and go home.
Nothing here to see.
Thanks for reminding me it's dead. I would have never realized
that if you hadn't come along and told me! Phew. Really dodged that
bullet, didn't we?

"They" have been saying that? The fact that former owners of the Amiga
brand have failed to do something does not say *anything* about the
current owners.
