The 2000 year old thread, w/my name in the title, is a
reference/suggestion that I and Jesus are the same person.

But there is a select group of people that might find this relavant to
themselves, what they believe.

That is the group of people whos religion is under the heading of
"christianity". But not all who claim to be labeled "christian" actually
believe enough to see the possibility.

It's really quite simple. If you believe that "Christ" will someday come
and save you, or such, then you also have to believe you are a sinner that
can't possibly see clear enough to recognize Christ upon his return that
you believe will happen. If you are a strong believer, then you certainly
wouldn't throw disrespect at the possibility, knowing you are likley to be
wrong, a sinner.

Or perhaps as a believer of Christ, you think it ok to be wrong. Something
to do with Christ asking god to forgive all of mankind "for they know not
what they do".

Another christian point of view, perhaps even shared by some portion of
the non-believeing in christ, Jews, is that Jesus was a teacher. And this
brings up the question of "Why haven't you learned what Jesus was
teaching?" That is if you are a true believer, or perhaps the only thing
you learned is that you are a sinner, always wrong in the big picture.
And if that is all you have learned than you only learned to be lazy, and
use being a sinner as an excuse for doing wrong intentionally.

There is only one person that can really know weither or not I am Jesus,
and that is Jesus. So unless you are and know it, any claims about me, any
flames towards me regarding who or what I am, are in error. And if you are
Jesus, are you going to throw the first stone and at someone who others
make a claim about, even when they don't?

And for those who want to believe that Christ is someday gonna return and
save all, then do you also believe Christ is gonna then be you servant,
iving you all things, including your salvation? And what becomes of those
who are spoiled with being given everything without genuine effort on
their part to do so for themselves? The breading of evil, via being
spoiled rotten......spoiled........rotten. The cycle of good and evil?

Hmmm, If I genuinely ask for help, from christ, and I don't receive any,
what does it mean? Does it mean that asking myself for help requires
effort on my part, and that by not applying such effort is why I don't get
help?

Then there are others who do not believe Christ is the "Saviour" but do
believe in the same foundation from which christianity branched off of,
The Jewish (meaning in the scope of all peoples - Christians are Jewish
regarding the foundation work upon which Christianity sets). And what do
the Jews believe of their Saviour?

The Jewish believe that every generation there is one person that has the
potential to be that saviour. And that person will not be anything super
natural, just a human being that is capable of bringing about the
salvation. A man that is not perfect, for being so would be super natural,
un-natural. There is more to what the Jewish believe about their savior,
like that he is a he and will be from the blood line of David. But as
anyone who has studied family trees will tell you, there is no way to
fully track that blood line, not enough records kept and not later
distroyed.

But then there are other religions/philosophies, much older in record.
And what about these and the people/blood line that has followed them all
this time? Are they to be excluded from a better world of existance?
Are they not part of the whole? And where is that better world, if we do
not make it ourselves?

Some believe that hell is hot and painful while also believe the new city
will be always light. Light by it's own power. So the sun is refueled by
the planets ever so slowly rotating inward towards it. Energy from it
expending out in the form of light, heat, radiation, etc. to eventually
cool and slow down back into mass, repeating the cycle.

If you are in a building with windows all around and looking out any
window you look south, where are you? If you always see light all around,
where are you? Heaven or hell?

Perhaps there is something more fundamental to consider in all this
Religion/philosophy/story telling? Something that all "superior
being/greater power" beliefs share in common, like Christianity sharing
the same foundation as the Jewish.

In order to comprehend any religion/philosophy/story, you must have the
capability to take the information in and undertsand it, perhaps even in
it's fullest scope as it applies to all things.

Oh...huh....guess that's where the problem is...comprehension failure.
To many people running around with splinters in their minds, just a small
piece of the big picture in thought. Guess that is to be expected of those
who haven't been around long enough, failure to see or comprehend the big
picture. no matter how much they claim they do.

And what is a saviour to do about it?

add 2 lines of comment plus 2 lines of sig.

Still, at least no-one would be THAT stupid.

Actually I believe the analogy was to your belief that you are some sort of God

Wrong Tim, you do this to yourself by refusing to provide proof to back up your
statements and accusing all who disagree with you of being unable to comprehend
the "truth". Has it ever occurred to you that others may be right and that you
may not be as insightful as you think you are.

And when did I confess this eh, proof please.

Surprise, Tim makes another statement which he will be unable to substantiate
unless he, as he has done before, snips previous posts to suit his argument and
misrepresent.

Yeah, you shouldn't spend so much time playing games, you miss alot
because of it.

For what ever it's worth, I had intended on getting to a different point
than what I did. But I realized I was reaching the comprehension compacity
of most. Those like yourself, I guess I passed up your capacity, sorry.

Tim, its really quite funny to watch you lose a debate, which happens
continously. You simply skirt the facts and say something like that above.

He was not trolling, he was making a factual point, and you couldn't take
it. End of story.

Nor do you seem to be interested in backing up your claim that I am a confessed
troll. So why don't you admit you were lying once again and that you have no
proof.

Sorry Tim but I don't see how this is evidence of my being a confessed troll.

This message was taken from a thread which I first contributed to on 23 Jun, well
before you entered it with your OT ATX power supply/button rantings. At the time
of this particular message I was awaiting a reply to a question I had already
posed to you namely, ~Why had you posted this OT subject in an Amiga NG. (Which
incidentally you didn't answer, surprise, surprise)

If this is your definition of a troll then everyone who follows any thread must
qualify as such too, including yourself.

But then this is just another example of your attempts to misrepresent. My comment at
the end of that post was meant as a joke but it is apparant that you have no sense of
humour.

Your communication shortcomings don't reflect badly on me, they reflect
badly on you. I think you like being "misunderstood" because it gives
you an easy way to make a cowardly escape from an argument you're
losing.
