On my GVP G-Force 030 Combo card, the gvpscsi.device is located ir the
on-baord ROM. I don't have a "gvpscsi.device" file in my devs:-
directory.
If the device driver had to be loaded from disk, you couldn't really
be able to autoboot from your hardisk connected to this SCSI-card
at all.
If your card is working, you should be able to get the version string
by using the C:Version command: "Version gvpscisi.device".
Hope this will help you !

It's in rom on the card. Otherwise you wouldn't be able to autoboot. If it
doesn't work check the autoboot-jumper. Enable it and all your trouble
(concerning the gvpscsi.device) is gone...

It's in the ROM on the board. Just use gvpscsi.device by
manually typing it in.

The gvpscsi.device is in ROM only. Remember to install your HDs with the
gvpscsi.device in the HD RDB with f.ex. HDToolBox [gvpscsi.device].

gvpscsi.device is in rom on the board itself.
Run the Prep software (fastprep/expertprep) or if that is missing,
run HDTOOLBOX device=gvpscsi.device
