I don't know if it was mentioned before, at least I don't think so:
The first Underkill game is solely in there to make it possible to get an
extra life and it's in the Death Wheel level ("secret" door on the side of
the Death Wheel)

Can't find it?!? Then you're a sad person. I found it first time round! And in
the Gothic Tomb it's even harder to miss, since you must play it before a door
