[Q] Is QWAK any good

Hi,

I guess that says it all really.

Is it any good for girls, ie. do girls like it. Before you start flaming
me I'm not trying to pull a girl, it's just that I want a good, simple
platformer that my girlfriend can play.

BTW (that does mean by the way doesn't it?) Is SUPERFROG out on budget
yet???

Ummm.. I think that's more likely to get a bit toasty, to be honest. :)

Have you tried letting her play something more modern? I still haven't
managed to beat a female at deathmatch Doom to this day..

Yip.

I assume by 'girls' you really mean 'inexperienced players'.. :)

To answer the question, yes.. QWAK is an excellent game, very cute, fairly
simple and fab in two-player mode. It's very similar to the ancient classic
called bubble bobble. You also mention Superfrog which is also superb.

After asking my girly she recommends a game called TROLLS, and the
awesome DYNABLASTER (which isn't a platformer!).
