Chris> - Save/Load Game facilities
I've read the docs and installed the game but I can't see anything
on how to save or load old games. Other than that it looks like
a good Ultima knock off.
The music on this game is really nice, BTW.

Once you have saved your game with Amiga-S (or the pull-down menu) you
can load that character by specifying its name upon start, restart or
death. UTG will attempt to load it if it exists.

Glad you like it. Be sure to check out the digitized music in the
Goodies drawer that isn't installed by the script.

Use Amiga S or the pull down menu to save your game. When it asks you
for your name (either at startup, restart) specify the name of a saved
character, and UTG will attempt to load it.

Glad you liked it. Be sure to check out the mod.utgdigitized that isn't
installed by the script. Its in the 'Goodies' drawer when you undo the
archive.

What I particularly like is the digitized music. Very clean samples! Is
this mod meant for use with the game? How do I install it? (I probably
don't have the chip memory to handle it, but I want to try just in case.)
(I listened to it by running it through a sound player, not a mod player,
so I don't know what it sounds like in order..... and I still like it! :)
(I think I got something of a Recoverable error one time with it, I think
when I was trying to exit.... I haven't been able to recreate the error,
but when I do I'll let you know....) (And I have other comments, too, if
you'd like to hear them.... :)

Are you saying that the mod doesn't play in the game? Perhaps you've
installed it incorrectly.
It works fine on my A500, measly 512K chip ram and 345mb hard-drive.
The installer works perfectly under KS2+. I love games that run off
the HD and don't do nasty things to other programs that are running.

He is talking about the digitized mod that is not installed. It's in
the 'Goodies' directory of the original install directory.

Me too. I wrote it patly because Ultima IV won't run on my A3000
correctly. Forget about even seeing it come up on the Retina...
