Help !!! How do i get more agents in Syndicate ???
i've tryed persudaeing cops and enemy agents.. walked up with an energy
shield and then persuadation. And tryed shooting some of them. so they
stop and dont shoot but it doesnt work !!
how do i do it ?? can i also regernate agents in the cryo chamber ??

You have to persuade a few citizens before you can persuade the cops.
And after you've persuaded a few cops, you can persuade the agents.
