Is anybody using an Amiga side ethernet card (ie the 2065) with AMAX? I
would like to plug into my ethertalk LAN with an amiga emulating a mac. I
have the ethernet card and understand that AMAX may support this in
version IV? Any help appreciated!

Yes it will work if you have SANA-II compatible software for your Ethernet
card. There are several options here, including the newer versions of
the original Commodore TCPIP software (AS225) or AmiTCP, of which
earlier versions are available on Aminet and newer versions available
commercially.

Yes - AMAX IV does ethernet/ethertalk very well. you can
even use the same ethernet card for tcpip on the amiga side,
and EtherTalk on the Mac side & see zones, printers, etc.

I just wish Emplant or SS would get it as right as AMAX 4 has.
