Indeed you can do this.

What you need is a util called xDMS from the Aminet which includes
Amiga binaries and PC binaries. You can convert all your dms files into
ADF files and access them with WinUAE ;)

^^^^ Yes you can with xDMS or was it TransADF ?
The ISA Catweasel is very buggy and is read only on the Pee Cee.
