Both, actually. There is the "Source_Code" directory which contains
various source codes for `term', some xpr libraries and a blank catalog
file and there is the "Utilities" directory which contains the version
which has been compiled for use with an MC68020 or successor.

Is it possible to have the 020+ version included in the disk 1
archive?? Just seems a real pain to FTP the 800K file for disk two when I
only want the 020+ version, and couldn't care for the source, etc.
