Quick guess: You're running under 1.3, and you don't have req.library.

Survey says; you didn't read the History.txt file...
[Under 2.0a notes]

These changes were made necessary due to the major addition in this
version of a screen mode requester for WB2.x. You will need the V38
release of asl.library (included with WB2.1) or ReqTools in order to use
this version of Terminus.

Hmm. That's odd. Okay, so check to see you've got ASL in existence in
your system; are you running something like RTPatch/ReqChange?

Ok. Then is there anyway to get the library without buying 2.1?? The
library is copyrighted I would suppose? DAMN! Any other way to run the
thing? BTW I thought I saw somewhere that the thing runs under 1.3-2.1
meaning that it should run under 2.0, what's the scoop. I admit I have
not read the full documentation in the archive.

If you don't have WB 2.1 you can still use the V38 ReqTools requester, which
was mentioned above...

Go FTP ReqTools...you can use it as well if you don't have 2.1...

If you don't have 2.1, you've got to use ReqTools, that's all. V37 ASL
doesn't have a ScreenMode requester.

Do you have the asl.library on the floppies? This is the WB 2.x requestor
library.
Why not just run SNoopDos and see what file it is looking for?
