I just received 2 messages from two of the bigger names at Commodore Amiga:
Carolyn Scheppner and David Haynie, saying that they were still around.
Not that this says much.

PS: If you did the letter, don't critizice the people that commented

If you send mail and do not know a certain address, you can send it to either
root@... or postmaster@...
BTW, ping cbmvax.commodore.com is faster ;)

I'd also like to say, don't believe anything that gets posted up as 'personal
email from Commodre', because, believe me, I know, email is trivially easy to
fake. (Read RFC 822 if you don't believe me.)

THIS IS A FAKE!!!! I made this letter in less then five minutes,

and, with a little more work, I'm sure it could be made even more convincing.
DO NOT BELIEVE ANY OF THE ANONYMOUS POSTS YOU SEE! Unless someone leaves their
name, and it is directly related to Commodore, view it as only another fraud.
True, Commodore is going through hard times, but they ARE still in buisness.
If you dont't believe me, send mail to cbmvax.commodore.com, and it will return
a message. Also, check out the CD32 ads in the gaming magazines. Please, let's
stop rumor spreading before it does harm.
