Do Computer Concepts have an e-mail address, and what is it? I have tried
sup...@cc.uucp, but this doesn't work.

Yes, according to the Impression Style manual, it's

Here it comes again :

(Can't this be added to the FAQ together with the E-mail addresses of other
Acorn related companies ??? This is the third time in a few months that
this question is being posted !)

---------------------------------------------------------------------------
The email address 'mai...@cconcepts.co.uk' that appeared in
recent advertisments was incorrect.

The address 'in...@cconcepts.co.uk' should be used instead.

The following departments may be contacted by email:

Sa...@cconcepts.co.uk To order via credit card.

Sup...@cconcepts.co.uk Technical Support and Queries
(Please quote your serial number
if you are an existing customer).

Mail sent to 'info' is not necessarily read by a person, so to
guarantee a response, any query should re-submitted to one of the
above departments.

The following addresses will auto-reply with current information:

Pri...@cconcepts.co.uk For an up-to-date price list.

Rele...@cconcepts.co.uk For details of future releases.

Vers...@cconcepts.co.uk Latest version numbers of all our products,
including upgrade paths and prices.

I agree this a commonly asked question and yours is the third request I have
received in recent times for adding such a section to the FAQ. I have been a
little preoccupied with real life until late and have spent a little of my free
time pondering whether to add this section or not.

I'd like to. It seems clear to me there is a demand for it. However I also
don't want to put people's email addresses in there when they don't want to
either. Also a certain amount of the commercial ramifications of this bother
me. I have been endeavouring to keep advertisement out of the FAQ and this runs
periously close, to my mind, to being such.

What I feel is an acceptable comprimise is listing only enough info for the
reader of the FAQ to be abe to intelligently figure out who to email and *no*
more. Otherwise I really should charge them for the space in the FAQ. :) I'll
be posting a message to the entire comp.sys.acorn heirachy asking for companies
to submit contact address for inclusion in the FAQ. Only those companies that
reply to this message, or at a future time after reading the FAQ, will have
their address added.

Does this seem a reasonable comprimise to everyone? I'll be posting the
message asking for email address submissions immediately but I am still open to
suggestions on whether I should widen the entry list or not...
