I have just set up my BBC computer for my grandchildren.
My son sat down to play Chuckie Egg and on his first game for over 20
years got to level 22 with a score of 270,230!

He is now 39, so it shows how many hours he must have wasted playing it
as a schoolboy!

I too spent a lot of time on it, however, it is a highly educational
use of that time, perfecting hand/eye co-ordination, fine motor
skills, logical and predictive thinking... :-)

ISTR we've got a BBC emulator version on the RPC and it's the school
holidays so - oh bother, now I'm going to be playing it all over again
for he next few weeks. It's all your fault Alan: "He made me do it,
Miss" :-)

A Pluto thing? MPro deletes it for me. Not that I wish to start a
mail-reader war, of course ... :-)

With best wishes,

Peter.

No need for a war! What Chris's Pluto didn't delete was Paul's /name/,
not his /sig/. So Pluto's honour is not violated/ :-)

With best wishes,

Peter.

But "Paul" isn't part of Paul's .sig, so Pluto can't delete it.

Ah - I was wrong - it is just your name I had to delete - not part of
your sig
