Paper Jam - HP Color laserjet 2550L

After many, many years of no trouble, I have a paper jam and can't clear it.
Stupidly, I have mislaid the manual !! :-(
Of course, if I cannot get guidance from any of you, I'll go to HP and then
a local computer shop.
Basically, a second sheet of paper began feeding in, before the first had
finished.
I tried pressing the green button, as a note I had made said this might
clear it. It didn't.
I cannot see any paper that I might be able to pull on gently, and it is not
obvious which parts - cartridges etc. ? - to take out and how.
All ideas welcome.
