Neil Raine killed in hang-glider crash?

I just spotted the following article in the Bristol edition of free
newspaper 'Metro':

Novice killed in hang-glider crash

A BRITISH hang-glider has been killed in a training accident in Spain,
the Foreign Office confirmed last night. Novice Neil Raine, 45, died in
hospital following the accident in the Ontur region. Mr Raine, from
Cambridge, was thought to have been on a training course with a British
company which specialised in hang-gliding tuition. A Foreign Office
spokesman said he believed the firm had begun an investigation.

Could this be the same Neil Raine that was the author of classic
Acornsoft games including 'Planetoid' and also wrote the 'Meteors' game
supplied free with every Risc PC (in the 'Diversions' directory)? I do
hope not.

And large parts of the RISC OS font manager. It sounds very much like it
is him. Very sad.
