Hi all.

If I get the jist of the recent articles the bush internet TV is a
ARM7500+ chip with a cut down versionm of RISC OS and no HD.

Without getting into too high a spec. What would it take to manufacture a
system with full RISC OS and enough memory say 8-16Mb and apps on ROM or a
cheap HD. This would be a usefull TV based cheap home computer.

OK there are some that would say that you can get a PC for not much more.
But some people don't have the space for a full sys or want to have a big
thing in the main room with lots of wires dangling about.

Cheers
Bob

You could probably sell such a device for 200 quid or less. But who's got
the £10 Million or so you'd need to support, advertise and support it?

Very risky...

Or perhaps the X-Box is what we need? ;-)

And noisy.
Most people can't have a TV and a PC on in the same room.

Plus isn't Bluetooth going to get rid of the wires this year? ;-))

You can run, but you can't hide... ;-)
