Is there a link / relationship between Stunt Racer 2000 (The 4th
Dimension) and Stunt Car Racer (Sega 1989)?

I very much doubt it, although there was an attempt at porting SR2000
to (IIRC) the Sega Saturn. A Google search reveals some very
cool-looking screenshots with some quite radical track designs.

FedNet did manage to get another of their games (Star Fighter 3000)
ported to the PC Playstation and 3DO though.

I would really like to see an updated version of SR2000. I have never
seen a game quite like it. Great fun to play too, which is mainly what
I demand from a driving game.

Cheers,
Rob
