Alas messenger is no longer fetching from CSAApps.

Impression Publisher 4.11 did need CMYKPal installed in
SDFS::RISCOSpi$.!Boot.Resources.!System
Oddly the same messenger on Raspberry did pick up my posts on CSAApps
