Version 3.41.2 of OpenVector and DrawPlus

OpenVector and DrawPlus version 3.41.2 are available for download from
<http://www.users.on.net/~belles/software/openvector/>. (OpenGridPro
remains at version 3.41.)
These applications are all open-source enhancements to Draw. Vector
and GridPro were originally developed from DrawPlus as commercial
applications for 4Mation by Jonathan Marten. Vector included layering
and object library capabilities. GridPro was customised for drawing
grids and other regular object layouts.
This release introduces a new capability. When clicking with the Alt
key down, DrawPlus and OpenVector will act as if there is no object
beneath the pointer.
