I shall not be at all surprised if this gets moderated out due to
excessive repetitiveness, but... yes, you guesssed it... MBBack has just
ticked over to release 7.

This is a smaller update than previously, but it contains several minor
features that you will soon wonder how you ever did without. Namely, a
display on the timer telling you when the next backdrop change is due,
a button on the backdrop loader to open the parent directory, and the
de-case-sensitivising of the configuration options and settings.

Once again, this release was entirely motivated by a feature other
people's programs had which mine didn't. Therefore, I am proud to
present to you... <drum roll>.... dynamic directory scanning! (I have
absolutely no idea what the 'dynamic' bit means.)

MBBack, for the uninitiated, is a backdrop randomizer which takes a
selection of pictures from a script file and displays one at random.
This may not sound very original, and that's because it isn't, but the
application has since grown out of all control and now boasts more bells
and whistles than your average Christmas shop display - far too numerous
to list here. Why not download it and find out?
