Magic Mushrooms updated for RISC OS

Magic Mushrooms was a platform game for the BBC by the late Neil Raine,
which I have now updated to run on RISC OS. It should be compatible
with RISC OS 3.5 and upwards.

A level editor is also included, and you can design your own graphics
too.

If anyone runs it on an ARM7500FE, by the way, please tell me - I have a
suspicion that some rather central part of the game mechanics relies on
a rounding error.
