!GetFiler - new program from APDL

After seeing some recent comments about Obey files to open filer
directories I have just released a new program, !GetFiler.

This will let you easily create Obey files to open filer windows at any
location on screen and with your chosen characteristics. It should
work on any OS from 3.1 to 6.20 and on any hardware. It is based on
routines I wrote for a new version of MenuBar that I've been working on
for some time.

!GetFiler is Freeware and can be downloaded from the APDL web site.
