MBBack release 4

MBBack, my backdrop randomizer with a now stupid number of bells and
whistles, has received a more-major-than-most update. Namely:

- Can fetch images from the Internet, as well as local files, by means
of Wget.
- Now comes with a separate front-end to automatically call MBBack
repeatedly after a set delay, should you get bored with backdrops
that stay the same.
- The same front-end allows you to choose your own backdrop from a list
of those currently available, or pick one from anywhere on your hard
disc or the Internet.
- Internationalised.

For further details of the application's main features, look back
through the archives of comp.sys.acorn.announce, as the application is
still less than three weeks old. Hopefully the update schedule will get
slightly less frantic now (unless somebody requests another feature).
