ArtWorks 2.X and AWViewer 2.14b released

ArtWorks 2.X was unveiled at this year's Wakefield Show, quite a few
weeks ago, but I have not managed to announce its release properly
yet, so finally, this is the official announcement.
ArtWorks 2.X ("X" is Roman for 10) is the successor to ArtWorks 2.9.
In addition to all the powerful drawing facilities found in previous
versions it features a new Shadow tool that allows transparent drop
shadows to be applied to any kind of object. Objects with shadows
remain fully editable, and editing a shadowed object (e.g., a line of
text) automatically updates the shadow as well.
Further highlights: A new "Paste attributes" feature allows all
properties (e.g., fill colour, line colour, line width, etc.) to be
copied from an object to any selection of other objects, and an "Open
recent" menu gives quick access to recently edited files.

ArtWorks 2.X is accompanied by AWViewer 2.14b, a new version of the
free ArtWorks Viewer containing the latest version of the AWRender
module used by third part applications (e.g., OvationPro, Impression
and Easi/TechWriter) to render ArtWorks files. This new version
supports shadows in ArtWorks files. It can be downloaded from:

Note: If you have downloaded AWViewer 2.14 (no "b") and you use
Impression under Aemulor on an Iyonix or A9home, then you need to
upgrade to 2.14b because release 2.14 contained an outdated copy of
AWRender26. Apart from that, the two issues are identical.
