ROOL TO HANDLE RISC OS ALLOCATIONS

As a continuation of the move towards the opening up of RISC OS
Sources, RISC OS Open Ltd (ROOL) have today been officially authorised
by Castle Technology Ltd (owners of RISC OS) to take over the Allocations
system previously run by Alan Glover.

Those wishing for an official RISC OS allocation should visit the
ROOL website where there is more information and where allocations can be
initiated.
