I've released an application to display, and optionally log data
from, a Maplin N56FU USB-interfaced digital multimeter. It has
been suggested to me that other USB-interfaced digital multimeters
may work with a similar or possible even identical protocol, in
which case my app should work with them too, with little or no
modification.

You will find it on my web site: http://davehigton.me.uk

It's free and is released under the GPL version 2.

Currently, it works with the Iyonix, BeagleBoard and Risc PC, with
either the built-in USB interface, a Simtec USB podule, or a Simtec
Unipod with USB enabled. The application determines which USB
stack is present automatically. It doesn't yet work with the
Raspberry Pi. I hope to change that before too long.

It's free, but, if you use it, I would very much appreciate to
hear from you - success or failure.

For support, I'll see you in comp.sys.acorn.apps, or you can
e-mail me as dave at davehigton dot me dot uk.

Enjoy!

Dave
