C11 rationale

Hi,

can someone please provide a pointer to the ISO C11 rationale? My searches
produced no results.

As far as I can tell, there isn't one (yet?).

The C99 rationale is at
http://www.open-std.org/jtc1/sc22/wg14/www/C99RationaleV5.10.pdf>

That file was last updated 2004-02-20. I don't *think* that means we'll
have to wait until 2016 for the C11 rationale; the "V5.10" at least
implies that there were earlier versions.

Committee: Are there plans to publish a C11 Rationale?

Yes, there are plans to update the existing Rationale to include C11.
Since it's an informal document, there's no planned ETA, but it's on our
to-do list.
