I'm thinking of writing a PERL script that converts files to be ready to
be FTP'd up to FAT-X file system. For this, all files must be only 43(?)
char long. PERL can obviously do this very easy.

I guess my question is, should I bother to rls it? It's so EZ, others
might want to do it as their first PERL project?
