I wanna to ask you for opinions for Advent QEngine test package.
Especially, I'm interested in testing of AJAX-based webapplications. As
far as I know, QEngine works using a standard internet browser
(Mozilla/IE) as a client (modes: recorder/player). I've read, there is
a small software included (browser toolbar) working as (suppose) kind
of gateway between browser himself and QEngine server.
My question - is it really stable and sufficent solution to test
AJAX-applications? Is there an extraordinary knowledge required to
define and execute webtests (-> sequence of pageviews, including
formfilling and submitting).
Thx in advice

Yes indeed. It is stable and I see people in qengine forums running
regression on nightly build for long hours.

Not at all.It is simple to use compared to other products. You can write
to qengine...@adventnet.com for any queries and they respond
ASAP.You can also request a free WebEx demo of the product to get
started.
