Please advise about this app (desktop manager)

Hello all!

I decided to ask opinion of users, that use applications like desktop
managers/wallpaper changers and/or widgets application. I run across
this one - http://www.wiredplane.com/wirechanger/ - that do all three
thing at once (in one application), i wish to make a gift for my friend
but has no time to compare with competitors. It seems that it is good
enough. May be someone has used it already and can tell me about
drawbacks or maybe something better? i need 3 things in one
application: good wallpaper changing capabilities, several widgets
including calendar and slideshow screensaver (this can be separate app
of course).
