is there a program that let's you goto a website that you want to
download a file from, the program downloads the file to a public ftp so
you can download it at a time of your choice. (in short my computer
tells the website to let the ftp download the file for me without it
being downloaded by my computer first).

is there a program that let's you download binaries
from a news server to an ftp. so that you can goto the ftp later and
download the files when you choose ?
