June 4-5, 2009 - Santa Cruz, CA. ParaPLoP will be organized as a set
of writer's workshops. Papers can be submitted describing one or more
patterns, outline a pattern language, analyze previously published
patterns, describe case studies of using patterns to develop parallel
software, or present experience mining patterns from significant
parallel code implementations. Papers should be less than 15 pages.
The only exceptions will be papers on pattern languages, in which case
authors will need to select a subsection small enough to review.
Submissions will usually be revised before they are accepted. Each
submission will be assigned to a shepherd, who will help the author
make revisions to increase the likelihood of acceptance. The last date
for submission will be April 30. For more information, visit
http://www.upcrc.illinois.edu/workshops/paraplop09/index.html.
