including a zlib third party source code in a X11 Licensed code

Hi,
my open source project is under X11 License, I have to include a lot
of files (not made by me) under ZLib License.
I had said that I include these third party source code in the binary
and in the documentation,
my fear is writing the LICENSE.TXT, where I write "All rights
reserver" becouse there are not-mine works!
how should I reserve the rights of my works and says that there are
some third-party stuffs ?
what is the correct form of this LICENSE.TXT ?
