Dear Members.
I need your help because I have stuck between academics and industry.
I am doing my research on KM practices in Agile teams, to accomplish
this task i have uploaded my survey on www.agilekms.com
I am in academics so I don’t have much links in industry. It’s very
difficult to find respondents from industry who can actually fill my
survey.
I have Join many groups on yahoo. Google, linkedin, facebook, orkut. I
have requested the group many times but all in vain. The response rate
is very low. I think Industry people don’t have much spare time. But I
am also working in same filed as they are doing and have the same
goal, to promote agile.
This disappointed me a lot.
Don’t know what is the benefit of arranging agile meetups ,
conferences, creating different agile groups etc if they are not
willing to help the research conducted in agile, as they are promoting
agile software development through different ways we are also doing
the same, who knows our research finding may help Indian industry in
future.

So that agile can be promoted and research can contributed to it.
