Location: Kearney Mesa, San Diego
Salary: Competitive ($55K/yr and up)
Education: BS in Computer Engineering (MS preferred)
Position Description Duties: Under the direction of an assigned lead or
manager, design and develop
application software which runs on control machines.
* Participate in all phases of projects, including requirement
definition, design, testing, and
integration as required.
* Follow established engineering procedures and specifications for
design and development of machine
control software.
* Investigate, select, and test vendor products for use in product.
* Support manufacturing floor as required.
* Interface with customers and sales on projects as required.
* Travel (domestic and international) required.
Preferred Experience: Prior experience developing application software
for control machines. Practical
experience with C, C++, UNIX and real time operating systems. Windows NT
experience required.
Other Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
strong interpersonal skills.
