EDI Analyst

Indianapolis, IN (USA)

Duties
======
€ Work as liaison between End Users, Customers, and CIS staffs to
resolve application data transfer issues and problems.
€ Facilitate EDI data conversions for sending to non-EDI and EDI capable
companies. This will include updating partner maps and profiles to
support new/updated standards
€ Support the current EDI environment.
€ Develop maps for EDI data translation, build communication scripts,
and code interfaces.
€ Help to stabilize EDI for interface with SAP

Requirements
============
€ Minimum five years experience with EDI and light business analysis
€ Project lead experience beneficial but not required
€ Excellent communication skills
€ Strong problem-solving skills
€ Self-directed
€ Some travel may be required

Technical Skills
================
€ Basic UNIX experience from a programming perspective (ie: a firm
understanding of UNIX commands such as AWK, GREP and SED)
€ SQL
€ Business Analysis skills
