Is there any way to export SPSS graphic objects in such a way that
labels, etc. are vector objects--i.e., don't look "pixelated" when their
size is increased?

Thanks for this.

Just copy into word or powerpoint and use the format picture. All pictures
are treated as vector graphics.

Doesn't appear to be the case. If I paste an SPSS graph into Word and go to
picture edit mode, the graphic is a singe object, not a collection of editable
vector objects.

Several points:

1. "Interactive" (Interactive sub-menu of the Graphs menu) charts prior to
release 10 were, in fact, always pasted into other applications as bitmaps.

2. Pivot tables, "standard" charts (Graphs menu, not Interactive sub-menu),
and SPSS 10+ interactive charts can be pasted as metafiles (and that's
usually the default). These are true vector graphics.

3. If you really want to edit these metatfiles in Word, try right-clicking
the object in Word and then select "Ungroup" from the context menu -- but I
don't recommend it. The results can be somewhat unpredictable.
