Open the file in SPSS and save it as a Stata file. If you don't have
SPSS, you can use Stat transfer or download yourself the 30 day
trial. SPSS let's you open stata files directly but I don't think the
reverse is true. I have to check.

If a very simple conversion into a plain text format is good
