No. It is for viewing SPSS output files, not data files.

Googling <online spss data file converter> turns up some things you could try. E.g.,
https://pspp.benpfaff.org/
Alternatively, you could import .SAV files with R and export to some other format. Try searching on <R import spss sav file>
