However, whenever I am typing something in the syntax window it converts to another language unknown to me. If I copy paste those unknown language codes into a text editor, then it shows in English! Is there anyone who can assist me to solve the problem?

Do like Bruce suggests.
However, what I see in the screenshot is not "an unknown
language." There is systematic replacement of "Filter_" by
"Filseq_" and v74 by u74. Most of the other changes are
similar in that they replace a single letter by a letter that is
one before or after in the alphabet.
Since the lines are apparently okay after you copy to Notepad,
this seems to be a weird display-option within SPSS. - The only
thing I am reminded of is a nasty practical joke involving setting
up malicious "shortcuts" on someone else's computer; but that
sabotage alters files, not displays.
Clarifications:
When you say that the "OS keyboard is Deutsch", are you saying
that the keyboard is German?
At what time does it "convert"? Is this happening word-for-word,
or after the end of each line, or when?
I expect that those clarifications will not help me figure it out,
but you should expect the same questions later if you post to
mailing list without them.
