Our jolt/tuxedo client generates an error message:
bea.jolt.ServiceException: TPESYSTEM - internal system error.
According to the Jolt user manual, this is thrown by tpinit.
According to the tpinit manpage this is caused by a System/T
error, and the exact nature of this error is written to a log
file by means of the userlog function.

I cannot find in the documentation how I can get this logging
activated. The logging on the server side works ok, but I
don't get an error there.
Who knows how I can get a logfile in the client application.

Thanks in advance,
Mariska Hoogenboom.

Hi Mariska,

Usually the client side log is created in the same dir
as the client exe is. If memory serves me correctly, the
logfile is generally named as UMMDDYY.LOG i.e. U012500.LOG.
