NEED help trouble shooting tuxedo error 12

I work at a Network Service Center and we are working a lot of tickets with
regard to a Tuxedo error 12. The Wide Area Network connections are good (<
32ms reponse times)Where can I obtain information that will help/allow me to
troubleshoot the problem.

Here is an example of what we are getting from the ULOG, however, there are
a few more symptoms including client lockups. I have some screen shots but
am not sure if they are appropriate for the group. Right now, we are
trying to determine if the problem is related to the network because the
only way we can force the error is if we unplug the client or hub from the
network.
Q: are there more logs I should be running or looking at and if so, where
are they?
Q:Is there a tool for monitoring IPC/RPC resources

KMD,

If the clients are /WS clients conecting to Tuxedo across a network, then
there will be ULOG files on the client side, which may well be where the
TPESYSTEM is explained.
