Lin's Concordance Correlation Coefficient

Hello all,

I am trying to verify if 2 methods have concordance, if they are equivalent, if they are measuring the same...

I have 2 variables: R1 and R2

How should I compute the Lin's Concordance Correlation Coefficient in matlab?

I appreciate if anyone can help me.

Hi Paulo, would be interested to hear how you ended up doing this. I'm trying to code this up myself. I think what I'll end up doing is reshaping my data into a n x 2 matrix and then calculating variances with var() and cov().
