Matlab R2009b on Windows 7 (32-bit)

Hello.
I'm trying to install R2009b on Windows7. I get the following error during the installation:
OCX Registration Error
Could not register the file C:\Windows\system32\MSHFLXGD.OCX.
Error running DllRegisterServer function.
This is being installed on a brand new HP workstation with the latest Java installed.

Hey Scott!
I just installed MatlabR2008a on my Compaq laptop with windows 7 on it.I also got the same "OCX Registration Error" at around 97% of the installation.But I chose to ignore it(clicked next) and was still able to proceed with the installation.
