FWHM calculation

Hi everyone

i am completely new to MATLAB, and computing in general, i have a data which i need to calculate the FWHM of the spectra i have, can you please advice me on how to do this, keeping in mind that my knowledge in matlab is near zero!.

Might look at the FEX submission below--

I've not used so can't say just what it includes nor, of course, have
any idea whether it'll suit your data/purpose/need, but it has good ratings.

Look at the function mspeaks in the Bioinformatics Toolbox, called FWHH there (full width half height)
