Dear all,
I want to open an eps file in figure (of Matlab) or want to convert an eps file to fig file.
Any help is appreciated.

Unfortunately Matlab is a one-way street. You can only export figures.
To import a figure, you need to have it in form of numbers and draw it
again. The best you can do is e.g. using UN-SCAN-IT.
